last month I was asked by the window curators at pedestrian gallery to take part in their exhibition, 'illustrARTe' along side three other locally based illustrators.

I entered this little red riding hood triptych for pedestrian's secret postcard exhibition earlier this month and after a public vote from visitors, red was the favourite of the whole show!

twycross zoo exhibition

hello blog. 
some new pieces here that are going on display at twycross zoo in august. have a look at their gallery if you happen to visit!

also had my panel meeting with the prince's trust today to see if I can get some funding from them for a laptop, some new materials and help from a business mentor. fingers crossed.

re-shirt exhibition

poster design for an exhibition at pedestrian gallery that I've curated this month.

participants were given a t-shirt and the brief to create something new from it using their creative skills.

so last month I found out three of the images I submitted to the BBC wildlife artist of the year 2012 competition have been chosen to go through to the final judging in the 'visions of nature' category.

here are the framed pieces from my handmade book (that had to be taken apart!)

the judging is next thursday, which should turn out a good day either way as my re-shirt group exhibition open evening is then as well.
